Area Sales Director

Our client is a top developer of premium, green, and sustainable properties in the Philippines.

This contractual role as an Area Sales Director will be based in Metro Manila. The selected candidate must be a licensed REB, and will oversee daily sales operations within their division, manage customer service, lead and develop the team, and drive business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute robust sales strategies for premium sustainable properties, leveraging a network of High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and investors
• Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed targets through effective coaching and guidance
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders to enhance market presence
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to create impactful sales collateral and campaigns showcasing the sustainable features of the properties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed Real Estate Broker
• Proven success in real estate sales, specifically with premium commercial and residential properties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in meeting sales targets are essential.
• The candidate should be adept at analyzing market trends and understanding customer needs.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Philippine real estate market and sustainable development practices.
