Banking Relationship & Loans Manager

Our client is an established developer of residential communities in the Philippines.

The Banking Relationship & Loans Manager is responsible for managing banking partnerships and overseeing loan transactions to optimize the company’s financial position. This role ensures smooth banking operations, negotiates favorable financial terms, and supports liquidity management strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate and secure favorable terms for loans, credit facilities, and banking services.
• Oversee loan application, disbursement, and management, ensuring compliance with agreements.
• Monitor loan portfolio, including repayment schedules, interest rates, and covenants.
• Collaborate with Finance and Treasury teams to optimize liquidity and minimize borrowing costs.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, loan agreements, and internal financial policies.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, providing financial insights and reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in banking relationships, corporate loans, or financial management.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in securing financing deals.
• Solid understanding of loan structuring, financial compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
