Our client is a leading real estate developer of master-planned communities in the Philippines.
They are looking for a Head of Customer Relations who will spearhead the development and execution of customer-focused strategies while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement customer relations strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and mentor the Customer Relations team to deliver excellent service and maintain high performance.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports and advocate for customer-focused strategies to senior management.
- Monitor and improve customer service standards, processes, and SLAs across the organization.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in customer relations, but at least five years in a leadership role, preferably in real estate property development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to defend strategies and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.
