Head of Estate Planning

Our client is a leading developer of master-planned communities in the Philippines.

They are looking to hire a Head of Estate Planning to lead land management, expansion, and redevelopment initiatives across key cities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement estate planning strategies to protect and manage land assets for long-term value.
• Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute land projects, ensuring quality, sustainability, and profitability.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess land project feasibility and ensure alignment with budget and investment goals.
• Create and execute a land management strategy that supports company growth objectives.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify development opportunities and assess land suitability.
• Lead negotiations with landowners, clients, and stakeholders to secure favorable acquisition terms.
• Foster strong relationships with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders for seamless land acquisition and development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications a plus).
• 15+ years of experience in land management, estate planning, or real estate development, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of the Philippine real estate market, land acquisition processes, zoning, and legal considerations.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and financial analysis skills.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
