Our client is a leading developer of premium commercial office buildings in the Philippines.

The Organizational Development Manager will lead initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, leadership development, and talent management. This role will collaborate with leadership to implement OD strategies that foster a high-performance culture and support the company’s long-term growth.

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Management

  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize the company’s performance management system.
  • Ensure a structured approach to evaluating employee performance, setting clear expectations, and aligning individual goals with business objectives.

Employee Engagement & Culture Development

  • Develop and implement initiatives that foster a strong corporate culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Work closely with leadership to drive programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace.

Leadership Development & Training Programs

  • Lead the organization’s leadership development efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Assess training needs, source external providers, and develop in-house programs that support employee growth and competency development.

Competency Framework Development & Job Evaluation

  • Establish and maintain a competency framework to guide hiring, performance assessments, and career progression.
  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure role clarity, appropriate job leveling, and equitable compensation structures.

Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Develop and oversee talent management strategies, including career progression and succession planning.
  • Implement promotion and movement guidelines to support internal career growth and organizational needs.

HR Information System (HRIS) Management

  • Oversee HRIS modules related to Organizational Development, including Career & Performance, Learning & Development, and Planning & Org.

Manpower Planning & Job Structuring

  • Manage manpower planning and maintain updates to the Job Level Matrix, Organizational Chart, and Manpower Plantilla.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • At least 5 years of OD experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong expertise in performance management, leadership development, competency frameworks, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • High-level professionalism, confidence, and ability to engage with executives and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and decisiveness in driving results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS, with familiarity in Planning & Org, Career & Performance, Learning Management, and SAP ERP.
  • Female candidates with extensive experience, ideally in their 40s, are preferred.
