Project Development Manager

The role is for a leading real estate developer specializing in premium residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties across the Philippines

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Project Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end development of real estate projects, ensuring profitability, timely delivery, and exceptional quality. This role requires a strategic leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive the successful execution of projects from conception to handover.

As a Project Development Manager, you will manage the entire project development cycle, including feasibility studies, design, planning, implementation, and customer handover. You will work closely with internal and external partners, including design, construction, finance, sales, marketing, permits, customer service, and property management teams, to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and market research to assess project viability.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from planning to handover.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally for work.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals and foster a culture of excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in real estate project development.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, local regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multicultural environments and fluency in English and Japanese is a plus.
