Project Development Officer

The role is for a leading real estate developer specializing in premium residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties across the Philippines

The Project Development Officer oversees real estate projects from inception to handover, ensuring feasibility, compliance, and timely delivery. This role involves conducting analytical studies, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating closely with the Project Development Manager, Project Director, and the Japanese partners to align with local and international standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and market research to assess project viability.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from planning to handover.
• Act as the primary liaison between Filipino and Japanese stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Provide support to the PDM and Sr. Project Director and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (required); Japanese language skills are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and experience working in multicultural environments.
