Senior Project Manager (CE)

The role is for a leading sustainable real estate developer in Metro Manila.

This role will assist in managing the department, overseeing project planning, execution, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a critical role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of sustainable high-rise residential and commercial office buildings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise condominium and office building projects by making sure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and accordance with the developers high quality standards.
• Responsibilities include budget and resource management, stakeholder collaboration, and developing strategies to improve efficiency.
• Implement best practices in green construction, ensuring compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and green building rating systems.
• Review engineering designs, specifications, and technical reports to ensure structural integrity and sustainability compliance.
• Mentor and guide project managers, engineers, and technical teams with best construction practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 10+ years of professional experience in construction management, technical services, and engineering within the real estate sector or high-rise development projects.
• Must be a licensed civil engineer.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable developments.
• Experienced working with green building certified developments.
